The Transaction application started as a new initiative from a Vice President within ARC. The goal was to take a current product and reimagine it to capture more of the market from competitor applications. They were looking for something new, fresh, and game-changing. I was requested to work on this project and took the lead in all aspects of UX. From end-to-end, starting with research, ideation, design and prototyping. I introduced a new design language, new features and data visualizations, and established a proven process for product creation. This project is ongoing.
